Tiger's gestation period is around 100-110 days. It is difficult to identify a pregnant tigress because they do not begin to show a bulge until the last 10 to 12 days of pregnancy. So, if the tiger is due on September 27th, 2013, the tiger is pregnant around June 13th, 2013.

Tiger cubs are born blind and they depend completely on their mother. The tiger cub's eyes will open between six to twelve days. But, they don't get full vision for a couple of weeks.They weigh around 1.75 to 3.5 pounds when born.
